Ask the Wasef assistant: improve your Salla product content through chat

In this walkthrough, we searched for a product by name and asked for a short description based only on its saved information.

Before you start

Open the right store and start a new chat. The assistant uses saved data, so if you have unsaved edits on the product page, save them first before relying on them as context. Be specific in your request: the product name, the kind of change, and the information it must stick to.

What did we check?

Compare every product detail with what you have saved or documented. The assistant can misread the data or the publishing status, so check the product page itself. In the recording, we got a two-paragraph suggestion and did not save or publish it. Don't treat a reply in the chat as proof that the product was changed.

Next, try a specific request on a product you know well, such as "shorten the description to two paragraphs and stick to the saved measurements", and compare the reply with the product data before you save anything.
