How to install Wasef on your Salla store
See where to install, how to sign in with your Salla account email, then check that your store and products appear in Wasef.
Wasef Team

Let's go from the app page to seeing your products in Wasef. Use the buttons to move between the walkthrough steps. The screens shown are states from a real recording of a demo store (shown in Arabic), not a store you can edit.
Before you start
You need the store owner's Salla account and access to the email linked to it. A team member account isn't enough to authorize the connection. Review the price, permissions, and terms inside Salla before you approve; what counts is what's shown at install time, not the price visible in the recording.
1. Start from the Salla App Store
Open the Wasef Ai page on the Salla App Store, then install the app and complete the authorization with the owner account. The clip only shows where to install; we didn't reinstall the app because the demo store is already connected.

Step 1 of 2
Check you're on the app page
This is the “Wasef Ai” page on the Salla App Store. Start here while signed in with the store owner's account.
After authorization, Wasef sets up your account with your Salla account email, connects the store, and starts importing products. You don't need a separate sign-up; if you already have an account with the same email, your existing account is used. The import may take some time.
2. Sign in with your Salla account email
Open the Wasef sign-in page and use the email linked to your Salla account. After requesting the code, enter the six digits you receive by email within five minutes. No password is needed, and don't share the code with anyone. The Demo email in the recording is for illustration only; use your own email.

Step 1 of 2
Use your Salla account email
After installing and authorizing the app, open the sign-in page and enter your Salla account email. You don't need to create a separate Wasef account.
3. Check your store and products

Step 1 of 2
Check it's the right store
After signing in, your store's product list appears. This is the Demo test store; make sure your store's name is the right one before you start.
If the subscription page appears instead of the product tools, check your store's subscription. Using the tools requires an active subscription, and generating requires available credit.
If a step gets stuck
Didn't get the code? Check your inbox and spam folder, and make sure you completed the installation and authorization first. If the code has expired, request a new one.
Connection failed or products didn't show up? Make sure you're using the owner account and the right store, wait for the import to finish, then refresh the page. If the problem persists, contact support with your store name, the time of the attempt, and the error text, without any sign-in details or verification codes.
